When our agency is contacted by a potential client or loved one of a potential client that person will be put in contact with our intake coordinator.

Check If We're A Good Fit
Our intake coordinator will then talk with you or your loved one to see if our agency can meet the needs you are looking for.

Provide Your Contact Info
If our intake coordinator feels that our agency will be able to meet the needs you are requesting for yourself or loved one, you will then be asked to provide your contact information (Full Name, Address, and Phone Number).

We Meet & Plan
Lastly, you will agree upon a date that the intake coordinator can make a visit to your home to discuss our agency more in depth. During that visit, we will talk with you about the services we provide and what we feel like we can do for you based on your request and needs you provide us. Your official care plan will be created by the end of our visit for you or your loved one to begin your journey as a client with No Worry Home Care!
